1. Ko smo mi

2. Koje podatke prikupljamo

  • Podaci iz kontakt forme — ime i prezime, telefon, email, vrsta interesovanja i željeni termin za razgovor, koje nam dobrovoljno dostavljate.
  • Podaci iz direktne komunikacije — sadržaj poruka putem emaila ili WhatsApp-a.
  • Tehnički podaci — osnovni serverski logovi (IP adresa, vreme pristupa) radi bezbednosti i ispravnog rada sajta.

Sajt ne koristi kolačiće za praćenje niti alate za analitiku. Fontovi se učitavaju sa Google Fonts servisa, pri čemu vaš pretraživač upućuje zahtev Google-u. Izbor jezika čuva se lokalno u vašem pretraživaču.

3. Zašto obrađujemo podatke

  • Da odgovorimo na vaš upit i zakažemo razgovor (radnje pre zaključenja ugovora, na vaš zahtev).
  • Da vodimo evidenciju komunikacije sa potencijalnim investitorima i klijentima (legitimni interes).
  • Da ispunimo zakonske obaveze, uključujući propise o sprečavanju pranja novca (AML/KYC), kada je primenjivo.

4. Sa kim delimo podatke

Podatke ne prodajemo trećim licima. Podaci iz kontakt forme obrađuju se preko provajdera hosting i form servisa koji nastupa kao obrađivač u naše ime. Podatke možemo podeliti sa pravnim i poreskim savetnicima kada je neophodno, kao i sa nadležnim organima kada zakon nalaže.

5. Koliko dugo čuvamo podatke

Podatke iz upita čuvamo dok traje komunikacija i razuman period nakon toga, a najduže koliko zahteva svrha obrade ili propisi (npr. AML evidencije).

6. Vaša prava

U skladu sa Zakonom o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti Republike Srbije, a za lica u EU i GDPR-om, imate pravo na pristup, ispravku, brisanje, ograničenje obrade, prenosivost i prigovor, kao i pravo na pritužbu nadzornom organu (u Srbiji: Poverenik za informacije od javnog značaja i zaštitu podataka o ličnosti). 2. What data we collect

  • Contact-form data — full name, phone, email, type of interest and preferred time for a call, which you provide voluntarily.
  • Direct communication — the content of messages sent via email or WhatsApp.
  • Technical data — basic server logs (IP address, access time) for security and proper operation of the site.

The site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, whereby your browser sends a request to Google. Your language choice is stored locally in your browser.

3. Why we process data

  • To respond to your inquiry and arrange a call (steps prior to entering into a contract, at your request).
  • To keep records of communication with prospective investors and clients (legitimate interest).
  • To meet legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering rules (AML/KYC), where applicable.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell data to third parties. Contact-form data is processed through our hosting and form-service provider acting as a processor on our behalf. We may share data with our legal and tax advisers where necessary, and with competent authorities where required by law.

5. How long we keep data

Inquiry data is kept for the duration of the communication and a reasonable period after, and no longer than the purpose of processing or applicable rules require (e.g. AML records).

6. Your rights

Under the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act and, for persons in the EU, the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Send requests to info@urbandom.com.
